At Buttercloud Bakery we proudly make all of our baked goods from scratch and bake them fresh each morning. After allowing them to cool, we package them and ship them out the same day*. It's this commitment to freshness that sets us apart from other online bakeries who choose to use preservatives to prolong shelf life and/or ship their products frozen. It's the way we've always done it at our bakery in Medford, Oregon and we think you'll be able to taste the difference.

* The only baked good that we do not bake and ship the same day is our Hazelnut Espresso Shortbread cookies which require a full day to cool completely in order for them to develop the ideal texture.
