Where do you ship?
We currently only accept orders being sent to the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses (military) or PO Boxes.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped using FedEx Express® Saver or USPS® Priority Mail® services depending on the ship-to destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Once orders are shipped, the transit time is normally 1-3 days but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. For questions regarding your order delivery date, please reference your tracking number.
How long will my baked goods stay fresh? How should I store them?
Our artisan baked goods are made from scratch daily with no preservatives. Follow the serving instructions below to ensure enjoyment of our delicious baked goods.
Buttermilk Biscuits & Scones
- Refrigerate in original bag or airtight container. For best results, allow to come to room temperature before wrapping in foil and heating in a 350° oven for 10 minutes or until heated through. DO NOT MICROWAVE biscuits. Use or freeze within 5 days of shipped date or the date on package. Buttercloud biscuits and scones are baked on the same day they are shipped.
Cookies & Bars
- Refrigerate in original bag or airtight container. For best results serve at room temperature or warm in microwave for 10 seconds. Use or freeze within 5 days of shipped date or the date on package. Most Buttercloud cookies are baked on the same day they are shipped.
Jam & Jelly
- Refrigerate after opening. Use within one month after opening.
