SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS

To ensure optimum freshness, all Buttercloud baked goods are baked on the same day they are shipped. All of our made to order baked goods are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Most orders will ship the day after the order is received, however orders with baked goods that are received Wednesday through Saturday will ship on the following Monday. Dry goods, merchandise, and physical gift cards are shipped Monday through Friday via the designated shipping terms. 

All baked good orders are shipped using FedEx Express® or USPS® Priority Mail® services depending on the ship-to destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Once orders are shipped, the transit time is normally 1-3 days but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. For questions regarding your order delivery date, please reference your tracking number.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Orders are not shipped on U.S. federal holidays.  Changes to our shipping policy or shipping rates may occur without notice. If you have any other questions regarding shipping please contact us at: info@shopbuttercloudbakery.com.

 

SHIPPING DURING WARM WEATHER MONTHS

During warm weather months, we take the extra steps to guarantee your baked goods arrive in a manner that will ensure food safety and preserve quality. At no extra cost to you, we include insulation and reusable cold packs in each order to protect the freshness and quality.  During warmer months (April – October), we recommend sending your baked goods to a cool place like a business address, so they’re not left outside.


SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee delivery in the event of severe weather. Please check to see if severe weather will impact your area.

We currently only accept orders being sent to the 48 contiguous United States on our U.S. website. We are not able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. territories.

At this time we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Free shipping promotions may not be combined with other promotions or offers.

Holiday Closures

Our shipping center is closed on most U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days when they fall on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
