Refund policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Buttercloud Bakery purchase, you can request a replacement product or a refund.

Please email info@shopbuttercloudbakery.com to initiate a replacement product or a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once Buttercloud Bakery has begun processing the order. To promptly deliver our products as fresh as possible, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order.

We are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel an order after two hours have passed from the time the order was placed.

Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with Buttercloud Bakery’s prior written approval and additional charges may apply. Any agreement by Buttercloud Bakery to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of all costs, charges and expenses already incurred by Buttercloud Bakery to that point, and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to Buttercloud Bakery. Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it.
